Jubilate Worship Dance Conference, Spring 2012
Processed pre-conference registration and payments. Prepared participant folders and nametags. Worked with data base files. Coordinated on-site registration and payment; supervised volunteers working the registration desk. Attendance: 105
Singles "Game Night" Socials, 2007-2012
Planned and promoted bi-annual events; secured venue and door prizes; managed registration, set up and clean up.
Implemented online registration in 2009.
Results: Each event at or near capacity in attendance (40 persons), 50/50 male/female ratio, both new and returning participants. One participant said it was the best singles event he had ever attended.
Day at AniMall, 2007-present
Coordinate a team of volunteers to plan and operate the event and managing publicity through flyers, online event calendars, social media and web site.
Results: In 2007, up to 26 volunteers and 200 attendees (estimated) from the general public participated; two on-site rabbit adoptions;
$191 raised to benefit rescue groups. Active volunteer participation, adoptions and charitable contributions achieved each consecutive year.

Coordinated on-site registration and payment; supervised volunteers working the desk. Conference attended by 150 adults and children; 110 pre-registered and 40 walk-in.
Recognition Event, September 2008
Planned and coordinated outdoor catered event for non-profit organization.
Developed theme and concept in conjunction with organization staff. Secured
in-kind donations and sponsorships. Recruited volunteer assistance. Oversaw
catering, decorations, entertainment, promotion, audio/visual, logistics,
set up, clean up and follow up.
Results: Contributed to the growth and success of the non-profit
organization by increasing camaraderie and engagement among volunteers.
