Worked with mother of the bride to plan menu; secured vendor estimates; rented linens and tables; provided pick up/delivery of food and rented items; managed food presentation, stocking and replenishing; supervised catering staff, set up and clean up. Maintained conservative food budget without compromise on quality of food and presentation.
